Steps to incorporate updates:

1. Copy the most recent model 2.0 into a brand new mission folder. 
2. Copy all the photographs out of your previous mission to new mission.
3. Don't copy html information immediately into new mission. Just copy the sections with out header and footer and put them into the brand new mission's index-mp-layout1.html file.

FYI: Headers and footers are utterly completely different from the previous replace.
