Event Booking for WooCommerce
1. Add occasion.
Step 1: Add New product
Step 2: In Product knowledge, choose product kind is Event
Step 3: Insert knowledge in product setting.
Price occasion show: This value is for show solely in occasion web page, it isn’t for calculation
Ticket in occasion: You can add limitless tickets within the occasion.
Name ticket: This is title ticket to show within the element occasion web page
Price ticket: Price to calculator when buyer reserving.
Number ticket: It is used to calculate the variety of tickets left. Ticket left = quantity ticket – (quantity ticket booked so as + quantity ticket booked in cart). quantity ticket booked so as depends upon the setting “standing order not permit reserving product” in WooCommerce -> Setting -> Event -> General
Description: This is description to show within the element occasion web page.
Tab General:
Start date: Start date to start out occasion
End date: End date to finish occasion.
Status occasion relies upon begin date and finish date:
- Upcoming : Current timer < begin date < finish date
- Showing: Start date < present time < finish date
- Expired: Start date < finish date < present time
Whether clients can e book tickets or not depends upon the standing of the occasion and the settings “Enable standing occasion for reserving” in WooCommerce -> Setting -> Event -> General, default is upcoming
